We are an international development agency that campaigns for a just and equal world, working with partners in Africa, Asia and Latin America. We are looking for an outstanding and confident person to grow and manage our major gifts programme, generating income primarily from individual major donors and companies.

You will have demonstrable success in generating major gifts income, including securing gifts of £50k upwards, and be at ease making approaches yourself, as well as creating opportunities for the Director, Board members and other senior staff.

You will be joining a dynamic, dedicated and exciting group of people based at our office in London. You will be committed to women’s rights and to making this visible in your fundraising. This role may have some line management responsibility for the right candidate.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) post. Salary is £34,240 per annum, with 7% contribution to your own pension scheme.
